a.       Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-002:  An Ordinance Providing for the Elimination of Solid Waste, Hazardous and Nuisance Conditions and Repealing Ordinance No. 90-16 (First Reading was held March 20, 2013)

b.       Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-003:  An Ordinance Providing for an Officer to Enforce County Ordinances (First Reading was held March 20, 2013)

c.        Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-004:  An Ordinance Establishing and Providing Rules for a County Hearings Officer, and Rules and Procedures for County Hearings (First Reading was held March 20, 2013)

d.       Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-005:  An Ordinance Providing for the Enforcement of Environmental Health Laws  (First Reading was held March 20, 2013)

 

4.       ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS IN CONSIDERATION OF:

       a.      Approval of Request for Qualifications for Real Property Agent for Josephine County

b.     Approval of Purchase of Two (2) ECivis User Licenses ($6,800)

d.       Approval of Amendment #1 to Provider Agreement between OnTrack and County to provide Three Residential Beds (Decrease $70,444 in Pass Through Funds)

e.        Approval of Amendment #1 to Provider Agreement between OnTrack and County to provide Five Residential Beds (Decrease $117,407 in Pass Through Funds)

f.        Approval of Violation Surcharge Waiver Request for Ringo

g.       Approval of Resolution 2013-023:  In the Matter of a Reappointment to the Bikeways and Walkways Committee

h.       Approval of Resolution 2013-024: In the Matter of a Reappointment to the Illinois Valley Airport Advisory Board
