** Please note that there is a 14 day stay limit in all County Parks. You may stay up to 14 consecutive days in a Park. Then you must leave all Josephine County Parks for 3 days. You may return for another 14 days. You may only stay 28 days total in a 6 month period of time.*

PICNIC RESERVATION INFORMATION:

Picnic Shelter reservations may be made 2 days- 9 months in advance and can still be made through the Parks Office at 541-474-5285

***There is a $6.00 Admin fee to reserve any shelter or picnic area. A $10 payment is required at time of booking and remaining balance is due within 30 days.***

 

There is a refundable CLEANING DEPOSIT of $100.00 for ALL picnic shelter reservations. Cleaning deposits are due 30 days prior to your reservation date. The Cleaning deposit does NOT include the cost of the Picnic/ Shelter reservation fee. Reservation fee is due 30 days AFTER you reserve Picnic/ Shelter. If Picnic shelter date is made within the month that you will be occupying it, then it will be due at the time of booking your reservation.

 

**DAY USE PARKING FEES are Required for all picnic/ shelter reservations.

 

Picnic/Shelter cancellation policy: If the picnic reservation is cancelled a $10.00 fee will be kept. If canceled less than 10 days prior to the event, the entire reservation fee will be kept.

 

* If a shelter or picnic area is not cleaned by user, the Cleaning Deposit will not be refunded.

 

**  Changes to any reservation will be charged a $6.00 fee PER PICNIC AREA or SHELTER.
