Local Road and Street Finance Questionnaire

The Oregon Department of Transportation collects the annual receipt, expenditure & debt information from cities and counties for road and street purposes. This information is necessary for preparation of annual reports required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and is essential in policy and program development by FHWA. The questionnaire responses are shared with the League of Oregon Cities and Association of Oregon Counties for compilation of reports satisfying Legislative reporting requirements required by ORS 366.790 and 366.772. The county results are also needed to help determine the distribution of the Special County Programs funds.
