K9 Unit

Due to budget constraints, the K-9 Unit has temporarily discontinued but still has an open account for donations for when the program comes back.

The Sheriff’s K9 program is instrumental in fighting crime and drug activity in Josephine County.

The program is unique from other Sheriff’s Office programs in that it relies heavily on donations and sponsorships. All dog-specific costs, such as food, maintenance
and medical care, are either covered by the K9 deputies themselves or by private donations.

If you would like to make a tax deductible donation:

Make your check payable to:
Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (write “K9”in the “For” section)

Mail to:

Josephine County Sheriff's Office
601 NW 5th St., Grants Pass, OR 97526

If you have questions about the K9 program, contact Sergeant Ray Webb by calling 541-474-5123 and leaving a message.
