Counter sales

The following properties were offered in a Public Auction on November 13, 2019 and did not sell. They are currently available to be sold directly to the public. If interested in purchasing a property, please carefully read the "Offer To Purchase" form on this website. Contact the Property Manager, Heléne Lulich, at (541) 474-5220 to submit your offer. Present the 20% down payment in CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS with the completed "Offer To Purchase" form in person to the Property Manager, in the Legal Counsel Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Within 2 weeks your offer will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval. If the offer is approved you will be contacted by the Property Manager and have 48 hours to make full payment with recording fees in CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS. Upon notice of approval the deposit becomes non-refundable. You will be promptly notified if your offer is not accepted. Please allow 3 weeks for the return of your deposit.

Properties sold for $20,000 or more may be purchased for cash or under a land sale contract, with terms as follows:  Cash down at time of sale, 20% of minimum bid price; balance payable in equal monthly installments:  $20,000 to $40,000 purchase price is a 3 year term; $40,001 to $60,000 purchase price is a 4 year term; $60,001 and greater is a 5 year term, from date of sale; interest rate is 9% per annum.
